- Help another person avoid a suppression list, carrier rule, registration requirement, or platform enforcement action
You must maintain evidence of consent when consent is required.
Commercial email must include accurate sender information, a non-deceptive subject line, a working unsubscribe method, and a valid physical postal address. Unsubscribe requests must be honored within the legally required period and no later than 10 business days for U.S. commercial email.
Marketing calls and texts require the consent and disclosures applicable to the technology, message, recipient, and jurisdiction. A recipient may revoke consent through any reasonable method. Honor revocation promptly and within the period required by law.
3. Messaging quality and deliverability
You must use reasonable list hygiene and follow registration, verification, carrier, sender-authentication, and deliverability requirements.
We may set thresholds for bounces, complaints, opt-outs, blocked messages, or other risk indicators. We may review sending practices, require proof of consent, throttle or block messages, suspend a sender, or disable a communications feature.
4. Security and system abuse
You may not:
- Access or attempt to access an account, system, network, or data without authorization
- Probe, scan, test, or bypass security or authentication controls without written authorization

You may not use the Services for illegal products or services.
We may prohibit or restrict uses involving weapons, controlled substances, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, deceptive financial services, unlicensed professional services, sanctions evasion, trafficking, adult sexual services, or other categories that create substantial legal, payment, carrier, or platform risk.
Availability of a feature does not mean a regulated activity is approved. You are responsible for obtaining licenses and complying with applicable rules.
9. Intellectual property and customer content
You may upload or publish content only if you own it or have permission to use it.
We may remove or restrict access to content in response to a valid rights complaint, court order, provider request, or credible evidence of infringement. Repeat infringement may result in account termination.
10. Excessive or abusive use
Your plan is designed for the usage described in its offer, order form, and account limits.
We may restrict activity that:
- Materially degrades the Services for others
- Creates excessive technical, storage, support, fraud, deliverability, or provider costs
- Avoids metered charges or plan limits
- Uses the Services for cryptocurrency mining or other unrelated intensive computation
- Creates large numbers of accounts, sub-accounts, contacts, pages, or requests primarily to evade limits
When practical, we may offer a higher-capacity plan, apply disclosed usage charges, or provide an opportunity to reduce usage.

We may act without advance notice when immediate action is needed to prevent harm, comply with law, or protect the Services.
No credit or refund is owed for restrictions caused by a violation, except where required by law.
12. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to Support@FunnelStreams.com. Include the relevant URL, phone number, sender information, screenshots, message headers, and any other details that can help us investigate.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the Services, provider requirements, risks, and laws change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
